The testnet beta has no paid purchases, so there is nothing to refund. Testnet diamonds have no real value.
At launch
If diamonds go on sale, withdrawal and refund rules will be set here under the consumer-protection laws of the countries where they are sold. The principle is to refund unused diamonds within the limits set by law, with periods and conditions so that refunds cannot become a way to cash out.
